• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of another person without their consent.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free trial — new users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the Service.
• Paid plans — after the trial, continued access requires a monthly ($20/month) or annual ($200/year) subscription.
• Promo codes — discounts applied via promo code (e.g. student pricing) are valid for the duration stated at the time of use.
• Billing — subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying models or data.
• Use automated tools to generate courses at scale or resell generated content.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription controls or share access with others.

6. AI-Generated Content

Courses, quizzes, and exercises on KimBilet are generated by AI and are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Content should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The KimBilet platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. AI-generated course content created from your prompts is provided to you for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce or redistribute generated content at scale without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KimBilet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
